World Sleep Day - Make Sleep Health a Priority

As part of World Sleep Day, the Neuroscience and Psychology of Sleep (NaPS) lab at CUBRIC, Cardiff University, are hosting a public event with talks from our sleep researchers, guest speakers and sleep activities.

Guest Speakers on Dreams - what do they mean and what do we get from them?
We're very fortunate to welcome sleep scientist Professor Mark Blagrove and artist/design writer Professor Julia Lockhart from DreamsID. They are hosting a talk on their research on dreams as well as a dream workshop where a guest's dream is discussed and painted live to help understand our dreams.
